If using the dll loader version: copy the plugin folder to Skyrim SE's Data folder. Install my Dll Loader manually -OR- SKSE64. I forgot the exact version i have as there is two i think one is Though there is a mod on Nexus for Fallout 4 which will keep achiements enabled. If you use mods i do belive it locks it in as a Permenant modded game regardless. With the mod or by reinstalling with no mods, you will have to do each Achievement over again for it to count.
